OUR STORY
99
Link Labs began in a college dorm room in 1999 with the launch of LD Products, an ecommerce brand in the aftermarket printer cartridge market. Over the next two decades it grew into a global operation with more than 200 employees across Long Beach, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Manila. At its height the company processed over 1.5 million orders a year, and it has generated nearly $2 billion in revenue since inception.
That scale came through multiple acquisitions. Competitors were rolled up under the LD brand as the team learned to operate across continents.
When the pandemic reshaped the industry, a new chapter began. In 2024, Link Imaging acquired the assets of LD Products and operates the brand today as a smaller, leaner, and profitable business. Many on the Link Imaging team spent years helping make LD successful, and they bring that experience to everything we build.
With the core business stable, the team turned its attention to building new things. Link Labs is where we incubate and launch the next generation of products.
